Why do I teach Mindfulness

To make the world a better place, to do human better

On this journey called life many things will happen through you, to you and with you. My life has been impacted and changed by some life-changing events such as (1) the passing of my father on my birthday (32), that resulting in (2) my mother’s severe depression that led to her killing my sister (26) and herself.

I have also been exposed to senior leadership roles from a noticeably early age whilst integrating work and life. Leading yourself, your family, teams, and companies are not for the faint-hearted. It comes with high to severe levels of stress and can result in burn-out.

Let alone many other challenges like mid-life crises, breaking up of relationships, divorces, modern migrant workers who commute between cities/provinces/states/countries (increasing distance in relationship and often being alone with just yourself), companies right-sizing, and many more modern societal challenges, etc.

I have experienced a fair share of this in my life. Being curious and seeking better ways to rise to the top, make-sense and live a more conscious, present, and purposeful life I felt called to teach mindfulness to more people as it helped and is helping me every day to embrace each moment with more grace, more peace, more curiosity, more being awake to the present – the gift of this moment.
